Social Media influencer, entrepreneur and estranged wife of actor Yul Edochie, May Yul-Edochie has via her legal firm, declared her intention to sue Sandra Martins. Sandra Martins was the actress and close friend of Judy Austin who photoshopped a caricature photo of Yul Edochie, his two wives and their respective children together on Christmas Day. The photo attracted a great deal of public attention.
In her letter addressed to Sarah Martins via her lawyers, May accused Sarah of defamation and harassment. She also accused Sarah of false depiction by portraying her (May) as a member of a polygamous family with her doctored photograph. May's lawyers further referred to any existing "marriage" between Yul Edochie and Judy Austin as false and a serious violation of the law. The legal team demanded that Sarah Martins tenders an unreserved public apology, a retraction of utterances and an assurance to never again repeat such false defamatory claims against May.

According to the legal team named Eculaw and Company, all of the aforementioned demands should be met by Sarah Martins within 14 days of receiving the letter. Otherwise, their client May Yul-Edochie shall proceed with a lawsuit to the tune of #500,000,000 million naira against her. Sarah Martins has been advised to treat the letter as a notice of intention to sue.
The news is on air as an employee wakes up in the morning only to figure out that her salary was cut short and she decided to create a scene at her place of work to ruin the image of the company but due to the reputation of such company, it was gathered that staffs and co workers had to take her in to negotiate on how to settle her..
