In a video gradually making the rounds on the internet, a TikToker with the username @tambile has tearfully narrated how her Nigerian parents put her through a great deal of trauma as a child. The TikToker tearfully stated that her parents "fucked her life up" by turning her into an adult as child. She revealed that her parents made her grow up too quickly by assigning her adult roles of taking care of her siblings, taking them to school and practically raising them like a mother would, even though she had been just 10 years old herself.

The TikToker stated that she had tried to let her mum know that allowing her grow up too soon is now responsible for her inability to forge personal relationships, as she keeps projecting her trauma on people. @Tambile further revealed that her father also contributed to ruining her life by constantly beating her untill she bled. She added that talking to her parents had yielded no results as did not even understand where they had gone wrong.
