 Video shows moment Cameroonian President, Paul Biya suffered amnesia during the U.S African Leaders Submit a few weeks ago.

Nearly 90 year-old Biya who recently celebrated his 40th year of being in power and overseeing the affairs of Cameroon, failed to give his speech at the just concluded US African Leaders Submit due to his suffering memory loss. 

Amid the disgraceful show, Paul Biya's frequent farts and displaced questions to his aide while the audience awaited him, have made some question why he is still presiding over the affairs of Cameroon currently grappling with insecurity and armed secessionist agitations.
