The Nigeria police force has declared a Nigerian man wanted over a disturbing video in which he is filmed giving a suspected three month old baby illicit drug substance.
A video which is currently making the rounds on social media shows moment when a baby is being giving Indian hemp better known as igbo by her suspected father while the baby's mother filmed the act.
Reacting to the disturbing video in circulation, the Nigeria police force public relation officer, Prince Olumuwiya Adejobi assured the public that the man in the said video must be arrested and prosecuted for his unlawful and acclaimed inhuman act.
"He must be caused to face the wrath of the law. This is too bad. But above all, mothers must learn from this. Ire o", he tweeted
