The presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Bola Ahmed Tinubu has been accused by his critics of plotting to overthrow president Muhammadu Buhari's government.
The allegation came in response to military-garbed men spotted at Bola Ahmed Tinubu's campaign events. The men who neither belong to any Nigeria's military or paramilitary outfits are addressed as "Jagaban's Army".
Hence, Tinubu's critics alleged that he might be plotting to overthrow president Muhammadu Buhari by floating a personal security outfit to undermine the power of the commander in chief of the Nigeria's armed forces.
Interestingly, the spokesperson of the Nigeria's police force, Prince Olumuwiya Adejobi when questioned about the veracity of such a personal security outfit by Bola Tinubu, noted that he is not aware of the development nor the Nigeria Police Force aware of it. He however appealed to the public to furnish him with more information on the development.

"Well, i am not aware of this. I will make findings about this. Its strange to me as a person, and i am sure the Force too is not aware of this. But anyone with more information about this can send to our official email, Pressforabuja@police.gov.ng. thanks", he tweeted.
