French international and Paris Saint Germain hitman, Kylian Mbappe has been embroiled in another controversy aside his fight with Lionel Messi and Neymar Jr.
The French sensational was pacified by PSG with a mouthwatering contract that places him as the highest earner at PSG above Lionel Messi and Neymar Jr. He is also rewarded for his not seeking to leave the French football giant for Real Madrid FC as speculated by international media with the position of the club's assistant captain.
Amid the club trying to pacify Kylian Mbappe, he was made the assistant club captain; an act which meant that his countryman, Presnel Kimpembe was removed as the club's assistant captain for Mbappe to emerge.
Interestingly, the decision which was confirmed by the club's coach, Christophe Galtier has unsettled the dressing room with Presnel Kimpembe publicly voicing out his dissatisfaction. He stated that he "was not aware of the club's plan to replace him as the assistant club captain before replacing him".

In his reaction, PSG coach, Christopher Galtier said: "I decided that he is the second captain since the beginning of the season, he deserves to have this armband when Marquinhos is not there because he has decided to stay."
