Influencer and fashion designer Maureen Esisi better known as Red Vigor, ex-wife of actor Blossom Chukwujekwu has made a post lashing out at homosexuals and bisexuals who marry and trap women without telling the women of their real sexual orientation. Red Vigor called for the government to either legalise being gay or give a gigantic penalty to "these monsters". She referred to gay and bisexual men as manipulative people who shatter and traumatize their victims.

Maureen Esisi married actor Blossom Chukwujekwu after a whirlwind romance but the marriage barely lasted two years before the pair got divorced. Blossom remarried in May 2022, three years after his marriage to Red Vigor ended. His new wife is Winifred Akhuemokhan, a pastor and also nice of popular pastor Chris Oyakhilome, founder of Believers Love World aka Christ Embassy.
Netizens have speculated that Red Vigor's Instagram post harshly criticising homosexual and bisexual men is an indirect dig or sub at her ex-husband. There has however been no reported stories of Blossom Chukwujekwu being a bisexual male.
