 In a clime where orgasm is the ultimate in lovemaking, persons engaging in coitus have been advised to be careful to ascertain their health condition before the act.

A doctor has taken to microblogging platform, Twitter to advise Nigerians to make sure they check their Blood Pressure (BP) before engaging in sexual activities as orgasms can trigger a cardiac arrest or stroke.

While dishing out the advice, he surmised;
