Following the video of actor Ebun Oloyede better known as Olaiya Igwe, praying naked to the river gods for the APC's presidential candidate Bola Ahmed Tinubu, to win the forthcoming presidential election, a number of people seemed to have received inspiration for Olaiya Igwe's mode of prayer.
In a video gradually making the rounds on the internet, a man with very bushy privates was seen completely naked in a bush, praying for Funke Akindele (Jenifa) to win the election in 2023. Funke Akindele who is a member of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) is contesting the position of Deputy-Governor of Lagos state , alongside Dr Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran (Jandor) who is contesting the position of Executive-Governor. In the video, the naked man with the bushy privates who is currently unnamed and allegedly a Nollywood actor, was seen praying in lonely location fervently asking God in heaven to make Funke Akindele victorious at the polls.
Netizens have expressed hilarity and wonder at the latest video of "naked praying" and referred to the man as mentally unstable with his "carrot sexual organs''. Yet others fervently urged him to shave the next time he felt the need to pray naked as they found the sight of his unshaved privates extremely irritating. Some have further urged law enforcement officers to arrest anyone who is found displaying nudity in public before these "unsightly videos" become a rampant trend.
