Goodluck Jonathan as well the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi was at the wedding of pastor Paul Onenche's daughter, Deborah Onenche today, 17th of December, 2022.
Deborah Onenche, the daughter of the head pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre, Abuja, Paul Onenche was wedded to her spouse today in Abuja.
Former president Goodluck Ebele Jonathan however stirred the eyelids of some Nigerians by his public admiration for the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi as evident in the introduction of his speech.
Despite noting that he would not recognize the dignitaries at the event because they had been recognized earlier; he however reintroduce Peter Obi to the audience in a manner full of admiration for the latter.
Goodluck Jonathan did not extend such a courtesy to any other person at the event, not even to Bishop David Oyedope.
Goodluck's act has caused some rancour among his party faithful, the People's Democratic Party (PDP) who construe the act to mean an open endorsement of the candidature of Peter Obi at the expense of their party's presidential candidate.
