In an interview with presenter Quincy Jones, singer and zazu crooner Habeeb Okikiola better known as Portable, has vehemently asserted that nobody helped him find fame. The singer stated that grace was the only thing responsible for his success as an artiste. When confronted by the presenter on the rather popular story that he was discovered in the music industry by rapper and record producer, Olamide, Portable denied this fact.
Portable emphatically stated that "nobody blow him" and he is even unaware of how Zazoo became popular, he attributed the popularity of his hit song "Zazoo" as God's word. According to him, when it's your time to get famous, different people will find you and send various messages.

Netizens have reacted harshly to that interview and labelled Portable an "ungrateful vagabond". They further advised that Olamide throws the singer back into the streets so he can truly find God's word and embark on his career path alone.
