As widely known, the Vehicle Inspection Officers otherwise called VIO are notorious for their stringent principles and unforgiven nature that is inspired by their unbending will to extort and exploit whoever fell short of their required standard.
These vehicle inspectors could overzealously extort a motorist to the tunes of thousands of naira for mere negligence of seatbelt usage.
