Tension As Biafra Announces Deal With North Korean Leader Kim Jong-un

Amid the 2023 general elections, the agitations for the restoration of the Independent state of Biafra appears not be losing its momentum despite the emergence of Peter Obi, a forefront presidential candidate from the southeast region of the Federation.

Interestingly, controversial self- acclaimed Finish disciple of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, Simon Ekpe has announced that the president of North Korea, Kim Jong-un has agreed to sell weapons including fighter jets to Biafra fighters.

Simon Ekpe made this known through his Twitter handle. He has consistently threatened the 2023 general elections with his "No Election In Biafra Land" Campaign

According to him, the Biafra Agitation will turn to armed conflict should a day for referendum on the restoration of Biafra is not given before 2023. He has also mandated president Muhammadu Buhari to release the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu from detention lest he sees a violent reaction from his  "men"..

Simon Ekpe a few days ago declared a five-day sit-at-home across the five southeastern states in protest against the continual detention of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu despite court ruling which declared his arrest in Kenya as illegal.
