Following the video put up on social media of a wandering mentally unstable man reportedly identified as veteran actor, Hanks Anuku, the actor himself has released a video telling Nigerians that's there's nothing wrong with him. A few days ago, colleague, Nollywood actress Shan George, had put a rumour-debunking video of herself and Hanks Anuku stating that the two of them were on a film location in Delta state.
Hanks Anuku in his own video asked People not to say untrue things about him and urged people who do not have love or respect for Nigeria to give their lives to Christ or go to church for deliverance. Hanks further gave proof of his sound mental state by giving the date of the video's recording and firmly reiterated that the video was not an old one but a "fresh video from the Heavens above to the earth below".

Netizens have given mixed reactions to the actor's video as many claim that he does indeed sound unstable and incoherent using the video as a yardstick. They also stated that the actor looked tattered and unkempt for one who was asserting his mental stability. Other users of social media have stated a person who claims not to need help obviously doesn't want and have asked Nigerians to take Hank's word for it and leave him to live his life. Some people have also claimed that Hanks Anuku resides in Delta state and is known for roaming the streets of Asaba looking unkempt and sounding incoherent.
Time will tell whether or not Hanks Anuku the beloved onscreen bad boy of the 90s and early 2000s is truly in a mentally balanced state. Watch the video here:
