In a video gradually making the rounds on the internet, a caller on one of Wazobia FM's programmes hosted by OAP Ratata made a disclosure that has left some people confused and yet others in laughter. The caller who claimed to be a former nurse revealed that she had tested positive to HIV and had gone on a revenge spree. The "nurse" claimed that after the diagnosis, she had found herself without the means to treat her condition and decided to make batches of "Hibiscus tea" popularly known as zobo, for commercial consumption. She revealed that she had injected the zobo with her infected blood because she did not want to die alone. She further stated that she had been doing so for six months.

Varied reactions have trailed the phone call as it is common knowledge that HIV cannot be contracted via oral ingestion. Many have also questioned her supposed training as a nurse and tagged her "Nurse Eliza" for being unaware that the disease could not be contracted orally and found this claim a laughable dent on Nigeria's educational system and aptly referred to her tale as "zobo". A number of other netizens have asked the radio station to track down the caller's phone number so as go the extra step of having this former nurse arrested for her malicious intention. They also say that the claim of poor finances was a huge lie as a so-called nurse ought to know that cost of medication for the treatment of HIV heavily subsidized in the country.
