Nigerian singer Teniola Apata better known by the mononym Teni has vehemently warned the public to desist from claiming she had surgery to lose weight. The singer who says she lost 75 pounds(34kg) through dieting and exercising told dumbasses claiming she had surgery can suck her ass. The singer tweeted: “Lost 75 pounds no surgery! Dumb asses claiming I did can suck mine!”.

Teni recently underwent a physical transformation that left netizens surprised and others in disbelief. The singer alongside her drastic and impressive weight loss, also adopted a more feminine physical appearance as she was previously known for her heavily tomboyish looks. Despite Teni's disclaimer, many are of the opinion that losing such an amount of weight in so such a time is near impossible and keep insisting that the singer must have had either a gastric bypass surgery or liposuction to achieve the weight loss. These disbelieving internet users further urged Teni to stop deceiving the public by giving misleading information or creating false hopes in people struggling with their weight.
