See The Tech Company That Wants To Buy Manchester United

 

 US-based technology company, Apple have latched on the for sale notice by the Glazers family and are said to be interested in buying England football club, Manchester United.

It would be recalled that earlier in the week, Manchester United announced that they were ready to listen to offers for the sale of the club, in a statement posted on the club’s website.

The Daily Star is now reporting that the world largest tech company, Apple is interested in acquiring the club for £5.8billion.

Though Apple has never previously owned a major sports team, the commercial opportunities and leverage provided by the Red Devils is said to be a primary factor in their interest.
