Florence Ifeoluwa Otedola professionally known as DJ Cuppy, is now engaged to her boyfriend, Ryan Taylor. DJ Cuppy's fiancé is a 27 year old professional British boxer who proposed to her at the Gunball3000 awards night held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This news of Cuppy's engagement comes as a surprise to netizens as the singer and Disc Jockey had somehow managed to keep any hint of her relationship with Ryan Taylor, away from social media.

Florence Ifeoluwa Otedola is the daughter of Nigerian businessman and billionaire, Femi Otedola. In 2014 Cuppy was the resident DJ at the MTV Africa Music Awards in Durban and in July of the same year, she released House of Cuppy as her first compilation mix in London and Lagos. In an interview with Tush Magazine, Cuppy described her sound as "Neo-Afrobeats", which is a fusion of Electro house and Afrobeats. DJ Cuppy is well-known on social media for her great fondness for the colour pink. The 5 million naira penthouse gifted DJ Cuppy by her father on her 30th birthday was named PinkPentHouse by Cuppy. It was also featured on MTV Cribs.
