APC Presidential Candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu has said speaking in tongues was inherited from the Bible.
The former Lagos State Governor made this known at the 70th birthday celebration of the Bishop of Sokoto Catholic Diocese, Reverend Mathew Hassan Kukah.
Tinubu at the event pledged to serve the country, while veering off to talk about speaking in tongues.
In his words:
"It's a pledge to Nigeria, that I'm ready to serve this country.
"We inherited speaking in tongues from the Bible but our diversity is a promise for prosperity.
"You are building an institution in honour of your 70.
