Nollywood actress, scriptwriter, producer and director Omoni Oboli, has posted a video where she accosted a white man she identified as "her in-law" and offered him condolences on the passing of Queen Elizabeth. The actress stated the condolence was given on behalf of the entire Urhobo Kingdom. She further urged him to let her know when the "aso-ebi" becomes available as the Queen's death is a celebration of life considering her age. So, they had to celebrate in grand style.

Omoni Oboli is well-known on social media platforms for her funny videos and has received recent attention for the numerous heartwarming and hilarious videos of her vacation trip to Dubai, UAE. She went on the vacation alongside colleagues and close friends Uche Jombo, Chioma Chukwuka Akpotha and Ufuoma McDermott.

Omoni Oboli has been married to author, life coach and optometrist Nnamdi Oboli, since the year 2000 and the couple has three sons together. They divide their time between Nigeria and Canada.
