The Negative Impact of ASUU Strike So Far.

The negative impact of ASUU strike has not only hit students but business around the different varsities in the country.

For instance, Mega Screen Abuja that use to be a bubbling area is now a ghost town.

 Most of these businesses depends on students especially those in rural places where nothing is happening probably these areas got developed from the existence of these schools.

ASUU strike has been a biggest challenge to the life of parents, students including the teachers and business owners   as the school has been their source of income.

 The students who probably paid for one year lodge rent on January before the strike was declared in February is still staying at home till now and their lodge rent is still reading down, Most houses will require massive renovation when students resume. Some of these houses have been taken over by rodents. In some cases, hoodlums and thieves have burgled some of the houses.

 Most students are already giving up on their dreams while some are still patiently waiting, some said they don’t care if the strike is called off  because they are already engaged in one hustle  or the other to help life while some are praying for the call off as they tired of staying at home.
