Following the highly publicised and messy break up of the relationship between actress Nkechi Blessing Sunday and ex-boyfriend who had been assumed by the public to be her husband, Opeyemi Falegan, Nkechi has revealed on TV that she only dated Opeyemi to get back at her ex for jilting her. Nkechi Blessing made this revelation in an interview with the ladies of Your View on TVC hosted by Morayo Afolabi-Brown.
The actress stated that she had chosen Opeyemi as some kind of rebound and revenge against her American ex, Mike Adeyemi because he had been flaunting another partner on social media. Nkechi Blessing emphatically told the ladies of Your View that she did not love Opeyemi Falegan and had only been trying to convince herself to love in order to reciprocate his love. According to the actress, she had only just started to care about him when he "messed up", she went on to advice women to take not to make the kind of mistake she did by settling for a man who was not her kind of man in any way. Nkechi Blessing also tendered an apology to the public for ever making them believe that she had been married to Opeyemi Falegan.
Nkechi Blessing went on to confirm during the interview that she was already in another relationship with a 27 year old man who made her feel like a baby and she was trying to go with the flow of the relationship. She also asserted that this time around, it wasn't a rebound relationship.
