The NDLEA Chairman's assistant, Yola explained that Akuskura is in different form which includes liquid and powdery and usually consumed with the intention to "get high".
The illicit substance attracted the attention of the NDLEA a few weeks ago when seven thousand bottles of the substance was intercepted by the agency along the Kaduna-Abuja express way. The items are said to be heading towards a few northern states where the patronage is high.
