The governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike has openly taken a slight dig at the presidential candidate of the People's Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and the PDP's national leadership.
Wike today during the commissioning of projects in the his state by the governor of Lagos State, Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, lambasted those who are envious of his unarguable infrastructural revolution in Rivers State.
While speaking at the event, he noted that he has no regrets inviting a governor from the opposition party to commission a project in his state.
He added that those who are not happy over the development should have hypertension if they e so desire.
"I have no regrets inviting Governor Babajide Sanwoolu to commission projects in Rivers State. If anybody wants to have hypertension, the person should have hypertension"

It's understood that Wike is referring to the national leadership of the PDP and its presidential candidate who despite having a reconciliatory meeting, have failed to reach a truce.
