A few days ago, singer Kizz Daniel was in the news for failing to give a performance at a concert in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania after receiving payment for it. Following this incident, the singer was arrested by the Tanzanian police over his failure to give a performance at the concert.

The singer debunked allegations ranging from tantrums over a gold and clothes as reasons for his nonperformance at the concert. The concert was eventually rescheduled and a video making the rounds on the internet, Kizz Daniel on behalf of his team and promoters apologised to Tanzanians for "the trouble caused" earlier in the week. The singer also tweeted that none of what transpired at the concert was intentional and that he loved and respected his fans.
