In an era of continuous technological advancement in the building world, a young Anambra indigene has taken the creative bait in building a duplex.

The young boy from Anambra State identified as Chibuike had a breath rough in his creative stint when he constructed a duplex design, using plywood for the base, cardboard papers, and cartons for the structure, and aluminum sheet for the overhead tank.

He was also able to introduce the wiring system and swimming pool in what can be adjudged as the comfortability he craves in a house.
