A Facebook user Mmirimalugo Igwe Mmaduncha has asked anyone who knew Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodinma to inform His Excellency of his intention to sue. The aggrieved Facebook user stated that governor used his content without his permission. The governor had earlier put up a post in celebration of Mbaise's New Yam (Iriji) festival. The post was accompanied by a photo of roast yams in a bowl alongside other bowls of palm wine and ugba sauce.
Mmirimalugo Igwe Mmaduncha claimed that all of the aforementioned pictures attached to the governor's post belonged to him. He also added that the governor did not seek his permission before using the photos. Mmirimalugo Igwe Mmaduncha warned that he would sue governor Hope Uzodinma for using his content without permission.
He should be acknowledge if truly the work belongs to him
