In an open letter addressed to "Destino Etiki" Facebook user, Kosi Ugo AKA "Koko Baby" lashed out at the actress by comparing her earnings to singer Asake's income. The singer bought a house that left some Nigerians wondering at the legitimacy of his income. Destiny Etiko bought herself a new Prado Jeep in celebration of her birthday a few days ago.
Kosi Ugo gave a thorough analysis of the Nollywood star's income and claimed she has no cinema roles to her credit. He also stated that her fee for movie roles was less than a million naira. Kosi Ugo added that Destiny's only notable endorsement was an ad for waist trainers aka "abortion belt". He thereafter urged the actress to "embrace her calling"

Kosi Ugo is well-known on the streets of Facebook for firing subs at celebrities and renowned influencers. His subs are usually disguised through slight altering of his victims' names. Many users of Facebook who are acquainted with Kosi's style of writing refer to him as cowardly and also state that the name altering is usually a small way of attempting to divert the chance of a lawsuit.
