The final burial ceremony and interment of late actress Ada Ameh took place on Friday 26 August, 2022 in her hometown in Ogobia, Otukpo LGA of Benue state. Ada Ameh passed away in Warri Delta state on 17 July, 2022. She had revealed in her last known interview of her long battle with depression following the loss of six siblings and her only child. The late Nollywood star's colleagues as well as some government dignitaries led by the Benue state deputy governor were in attendance at the funeral.

Fans and followers of the late actress commiserated with her relatives and friends, especially closest friend Empress Njamah who appeared inconsolable at the funeral. May Ada Ameh's dearly beloved soul rest in peace and we hope that her friends and relatives are granted the fortitude to bear this huge loss.
