A female social media user and Abuja resident has taken taken to Twitter to narrate the invasion of her home by alleged DSS Officials from Abia state. The tweet posted by @am_Lu_cee claimed that on 27th August, 2022 at approximately 2:00am, her home located in Mpape Abuja, was suddenly attacked by operatives of the Department of State Services. She accused these operatives of treating the occupants of the residence like criminals.

According to the tweet, the operatives acted like criminals by banging on the gate and refusing to identify themselves when queried. When denied entrance, these so-called operatives broke into the home and attacked its occupants with their guns and trod them with their boots . The poster further narrated that these DSS operatives seized their phones and left some of the occupants bleeding and with a broken head. They also kept insisting that they meted out this brutality for the occupants safety while reaffirming that the trip to their residence was made from Aba, Abia state.
