In a leaked recorded conversation allegedly with the Lagos State Signage and Advertisement Agency (LASAA) claims are being made against the All Progressives Congress which is the ruling political party in Lagos state for preventing other parties from using the state's advertising tools like billboards.
In the leaked audio recording, the alleged LASAA representative, stated that he did not think it would be possible for the inquirer to place an ad on a billboard. This revelation was made when the inquirer was asked the purpose of the ad and he stated that it was for a political party. Upon discovery that the ad was intended for the Labour Party the voice allegedly belonging to a LASAA representative firmly stated that it would not be possible to grant the inquirer access to place an ad on the billboard.
