In a recent interview with BBC News Pidgin, Nollywood actor and star of Netflix series Blood Sisters, In Dima-Okojie has talked about how challenging she found her role in the film. She also talked about her marriage and how she met her husband via a rant she shared on her insta story.
Ini Dima-Okojie hails from Edo state and has starred a number of well-known films. Her first acting role was in the television series Taste of Love. In 2022, her role as Sarah Duru in the Netflix original series, Blood Sisters earned her widespread acclaim. In her interview with BBC Pidgin, Ini Dima-Okojie talked about how her role in Blood Sisters had various people for all over the world reaching out to tell her how much they loved her in the series. She also said that she had been preparing for such a huge role throughout her career as acting was not just a job but a passion that brought her tremendous happiness.
In 2021, Ini Dima-Okojie announced her engagement to Abasi Ene-Obong, medical doctor and owner of 54Gene. They tied the knot in May 2022. The occasion was graced by a huge number of Nollywood stars.
