During the terror attack on Kuje Prison last week, it was reported that great percentage of inmates escaped from the correctional facility including not less than 60 members of the dreaded Boko Haram sect.
Report also claimed a few days after the attack on the Kuje prison facility that the husband of late gospel singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu who was standing trial for alleged murder of his late wife, escaped from the facility during the attack.
The prison officials had disclosed that about 600 inmates escaped from the facility during the attack; hence, Peter Nwachukwu has after the attack been declared missing.
However, the report lacked credibility until now that an unnamed prison official who spoke to Nigeria online newspaper, Sahara Reporters, confirmed that Peter Nwachukwu's whereabout is unknown. According to the unnamed source, during a morning roll call, it was discovered that Peter Nwachukwu was not among those in the facility.

" During our roll call yesterday, we discovered that the husband of the late gospel singer was missing" , the unnamed prison official is quoted by Sahara Reporters.
