Video: After Successfully Selling Their Votes In Ekiti Guber, Nigerian Youths Celebrates, Shows Off Wad Of Cash

 The Governorship election holding today in all the 16 Local Government areas of Ekiti  State has left a  bitter taste in the mouth of those calling for free, fair, and credible elections.

A free, fair, and credible election is one where the votes are counted without compromise, inducement, and rigging. Even though the polls were largely free of violence, except few pockets of disagreements among party agents, there were unfortunate incidents of vote-buying and monetary inducement.

Despite weeks of online campaigns against voter fraud and vote-buying in the country, video footage showed how different party agents lured voters with money to vote against their conscience.

This is coming at a time the youths are now vocal about taking back their country from money bags and giving it to performers.

Exola TV is in possession of a video showing a group of ladies expressing delight in selling their votes during the elections. Another video showed a group of guys showing a wad of cash for the same purpose, an indication that the advocacy for credible elections still has a lot of work to do.
