On normal, police courtesy should be
played here. As the law demands you cannot arrest someone that doesn't know
what his offense is. You know the line. "You are under arrest for blah
blah blah and you have the right to remain silent... If the suspect after being
taken through the proper police process and he still resist rest, it should now
be the police doing the videoing for evidence sake.
This is why video evidence best of
all time. There is no denying what you did and the whole world can see it.
