Eye witness account explained that: The
officers of Ikorodu division was on patrol when this guy sighted them and felt
they were coming to meet him and took to his heels.
Ofcourse the officers chase after him
and caught him, only to search him and discover this firearm, a beretta pistol.
Today on the police NG social media
account, the picture of the gunman and pistol was released and police have his
face covered. Different people have been commenting and one person is curious
as to why his face is covered.
Another person commented saying; Because
he will be released.
Also, another commentator arguing in comment section where eye witness mentioned the criminal is a Fulani gunman said: “I wonder why police have not released info on his origin to help the curiosity of the public that thinks he is one of those Fulani gunmen.
