For Refusing To Marry Him After Collecting His Money, See What This Nigerian Man Did To An Actress

 Kannywood actress, Hadiza Gabon has been sued by one Bala Musa for refusing to marrying him after having to part with his money.

Musa, 48, who instituted the legal action on Monday before a Sharia Court in Kaduna, told the court that he had been in a relationship with Ms Gabon, with her promising to marry him.

In his words:

“So far I have spent N396,000 on her. Anytime she asks for money, I give her without hesitation with the hope that we will marry.

“She also failed to show up in Gusau, Zamfara where I live after I made all arrangements to host her,” he said.

After the first hearing of the case on May 23, the actress was not in court after being served with the suit.

Hadiza Gabon through her legal counsel, Mubarak Kabir that she was not sure of the authenticity of the sermon.

”My client’s position as a celebrity attracts different kinds of people with different intentions. She is very vigilant regarding her safety and security,” he said.

The lawyer then prayed the court to give him more time to produce his client in court.

Trial judge, Malam Rilwanu Kyaudai, adjourned the matter until June 13 for hearing.
