Nollywood actor and politician, Yul Edochie who is currently at the center of a family controversy after he announced he took a second wife appears to be taking advantage of the situation.
He can arguably be regarded as the Nigerian most trolled celebrity in the past one week, with netizens venting their anger on him for daring to marry actress Judy Austin Moughalu despite being married to his wife of 16 years, May Edochie.
Yul Edochie, seemingly unfazed by the trolling wondered how after all these days he has been doing well, acting good movies, actively involved in activism, together with his political ambition has not been getting the attention deserved until a seemingly not too good news happened.
The traction on his social media accounts has compelled the actor to charge for influencing and adverts on his page. He had two days ago written that he would now be charging 100k per post on his page while asking those who wish to advertise to send a message to his email.
Today, the 1st of May he had made another post, announcing an upward review of the price to 150k.
He wrote with a screenshot of customer feedback:
“As e dey hot, advert rate don go up oo. 150k per post. Pay to: 0239906031. GTB. Then send proof of payment to yuledochieofficial@yahoo.com’
This implies the baritone voice actor is taking advantage of the negative publicity he has been having in recent days.
