Popular American rapper and singer, Montero Lamar Hill more known as Lil Nas X has threatened to resign his membership of the ‘Illuminati’ if he doesn’t win a Recording Academy (Grammy) award today.
Lil Nas X had 5 nominations for the 2022 Grammys, with the Atlanta native earning nods in three of the Big Four categories.
His native album, ‘Montero’ was nominated for 3 Grammys, with his breakout single “Montero (Call Me By Your Name)” scoring nods in three of the “Big Four” categories: Record of the Year, Album of the Year, and Song of the Year. He was nominated in the fourth category, Best New Artist, at the 2020 Grammys.

The accompanying video for “Montero (Call Me By Your Name)” also earned a nomination for Best Music Video. And the artist’s hit “Industry Baby,” featuring Jack Harlow, racked up a nom for Best Melodic Rap Performance.
The 22-year-old rapper has now in a tweet on his verified Twitter page has now threatened to leave the Illuminati brotherhood if he fails to win any of the categories.
“If I don’t leave with grammys tomorrow, I will be formally turning in my resignation letter to the illuminati”
The 64th Grammy Awards ceremony will be held at the MGM Garden Arena in Las Vegas, April 3, 2022.
