The FCT Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Josephine Adeh has disclosed that there is delay in commencement of postmortem examination on the remains of Late Mrs. Osinachi Nwachukwu.
According to DSP Josephine Adeh who spoke to the Vanguard Newspaper, the delay is as a result of the absence of some her family.
However, it was reported that the preliminary postmortem examination on her remains started on Thursday and pending completion until the relevant members of the Late Osinachi Nwachukwu's family whose presence are needed for the National hospital to proceed with the autopsy, arrive.

"You know there have been speculations about her death. Since the husband is insisting that she died due to an illness and there are other speculations, the autopsy will clear the air. It did not hold because every party that was to be represented was not here. That is why they specialist’s could not do it", DSP Josephine Adeh said.
