Nigerian Actress, Halima Abubakar has taken to the social media to recount how she caught her old friend twice stealing her used sanitary pad for rituals.
The actress while revealing her ordeal, advised ladies on how to properly dispose their used sanitary pads to avoid mischief makers from making use of it.
She enjoined ladies to wash off their blood on their sanitary pads before disposing.

She wrote: “Caught my old friend twice with my pad. I know so much about being careful…we use wrapper in the past. It’s mine, I wash my blood Biko now.
“Start washing out your blood, from your pad, sounds dirty, but save lives. Or if you have a pit, Good for you. Take care of ur blood”.
