Nigerian music superstar, David Adeleke while in an interview with BBC, revealed more about his notable embrace with Ayo Balogun popularly known as ‘ Wizkid’.
Davido told BBC that their fans are the major reason behind their non-existent rivalry.
According to him, he was elated to meet Wizkid at the Quilox club in Lagos because they had not met each other for over four years.
The fans of the two music superstars have always online and offline been at loggerhead. The argument on who between the two is a better singer often ended with a brawl or fierce exchange of abusive words.
Interesting, despite the viral video of the two superstars in a warmth embrace in 2021, the David and Wizkid’s fans rivalry has been persistent.
