A Catholic Priest of Abuja diocese, Oluoma Chinenye John, shared on his Instagram page a video of his sermon to his congregation. In the video, the priest used popular Nigerian Crossdresser, Bobsrisky as an illustration to his sermon which centred on judging others.
The priest while admonishing the congregation, told them not to judge people by their appearance. According to him, one's appearance should not be the main determining factor of how to treat such a person.
In the same video, the Catholic priest questioned his congregation about Bobrisky's gender: "Is Bobrisky a man or a woman?" He asked

This left some of his church members confused, as he quickly replied that Bobrisky is a man who only dresses like a woman. He then gave them Bobrisky's full name while briefing them about him. He told the Congregation to learn from Bobrisky's camouflage; a woman in appearance but a man in reality. According to him, many people are like Bobrisky. They create a different impression about themselves which actually is not in consonant with their real personality.
