The Audacity! Lagos Drug Lord Challenges NDLEA Officials, Attacks Them During Arrest

A suspected drug kingpin in Lagos has attacked operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA)  on Saturday.

The NDLEA operatives in the course of effecting his arrest, came under attack from the drug lord, who resisted his arrest.

Femi Babafemi, the spokesman of NDLEA while confirming the attack, said:

"NDLEA has arrested a drug kingpin and seized drugs in a notorious drug den on Lagos Island.

"The drug kingpin mobilised members of his cartel to attack men of the NDLEA.

“The operatives were on the Island to arrest the kingpin of the illicit trade before they were resisted and massively attacked,’’ Babafemi stated.
