On Wednesday, 9th of February, 2022, Popular Nigerian Stand-up comedian, Bovi Ugboma narrated his ordeal in a hotel in London, where he was accused of theft and almost got arrested.
He made this known to the public on his Instagram story, noting that he was forced to inform his accusers and the police around to "google him", necessary to save himself from being embarrassed.
The sensational Comedian explained that after his arrival in London, he was trying to check into a hotel room when he was asked to provide the card he had supposedly used in booking a room in the hotel.
He tried to explain to them that his wife was in Nigeria and that she was the one who had helped him in the booking of the hotel room with her card. He said his accusers did not believe him and accused him of trying to steal from the room.
He further explained that he ended up saving himself by telling his accusers to "google him".
Bovi wrote, “Simon Leviev done spoil everywhere o. Tryna check into hotel in London and they insist I present the card that was used for the booking.

“I tell them it was done for me by my wife and she’s in Naija. That made it worse. They think I’m stealing. Then to crown am, my own card dey decline.
“For the first time in my life, I said the words ‘google me’.”
